Food Processing & Packaging

We process, preserve and package over thirty indigenous African foods to export standard at our Lagos facility. Our range covers everyday staples and traditional superfoods alike:

Flours and staples: plantain flour, rice flour, yam flour and other milled staples
Oils: traditional red palm oil, processed and packaged for export
Proteins: processed and dried fish, including stockfish
Traditional superfoods: breadfruit (ukwa), oil bean seed (ugba), locust bean (iru) and related delicacies
Spices, seeds and export commodities: ginger, sesame, cocoa, cashew and cassava derivatives

How it works

Bring your commodity to our facility in Ikeja. It is weighed at intake and recorded.
We issue an invoice based on the net weight.
Once the invoice is paid, your order is scheduled into a processing batch.
We process and package it, and record the finished output.
You are told when it is ready, and you collect it or we arrange dispatch.

Pricing

Processing is charged by weight: ₦2,000 per kg up to 20kg, and ₦1,500 per kg above 20kg. The invoice is based on the net weight recorded at intake.

Capacity

Current output runs between 1,000kg and 2,000kg per month, with recent months reaching 3,500kg. Our expansion plan takes us to 10 tonnes monthly.

Ingredient declaration and product description on every pack
Directions for use written for a consumer unfamiliar with the product
Storage conditions
Producer name, full address and telephone number
Batch number, production date and best-before date, for traceability back to a processing run
NAFDAC registration, barcode and country-of-origin marking
Resealable, food-grade pouches selected to hold quality through long-haul air and sea freight
