How do I place a wholesale, export or private label order?
Send an enquiry with the products, the quantity and the destination you have in mind. Our team reviews it and gets back to you with a quote.
Registration & Compliance
Is your facility registered with the U.S. FDA?
Yes. Chimert is a U.S. FDA registered facility (registered as a foreign food facility).
Is Chimert a registered company?
Yes. Chimert Concepts & Logistics Limited is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 1873091) and is NEPC compliant, registered to export from Nigeria.
Why do I need a DUNS number?
A DUNS number is a prerequisite for U.S. FDA facility registration. If you do not have one, choose the combined service (₦120,000), which covers both. If you already have one, the U.S. FDA-only service is ₦60,000.
Does one U.S. FDA registration cover all my products?
Yes. One U.S. FDA registration covers all the products made at a facility.
What happens after I submit my application?
Chimert processes the submission and you can follow each stage from your account. The U.S. FDA contacts you directly, by phone and email, and those contacts are time-bound, so please answer promptly: missed contact is the main cause of delay.
When does the registration need to be renewed?
The first renewal falls in December of the first year, and then every two years. We show your renewal date and send reminders ahead of the deadline.
